A class of its own. nobility on the Rhine and Ruhr
Essen 2021
The center of the exhibition space is reinterpreted as a ceremonial axis. A basic element is repeated in a slightly modified form. Paths and axes form a symmetrical structure reminiscent of classicist buildings or baroque parks. Views are created across the entire depth of the room. The exhibits hang in front of glass walls, lay on glass floors, or stand freely in the room on flat pedestals.
